Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai has launched its first fine dining restaurant at the hotel called Ricetta.

The Italian outlet features a team of Italian chefs in the back of house and will blend the old with the new styles of Italian cuisine.

Ricetta can hold up to 60 pax indoors and 30 guests by the outdoor pool area.

The restaurant will be headed by multilingual head chef Alex Sebastianutti who has 13 years of expertise in Italian cuisine and fine dining.

The Italian chef’s professional culinary journey includes positions as chef de partie and chef de cuisine in Italy, Germany, Abu Dhabi and now Dubai.

“Italian cooking calls for great recipes, high quality, authentic ingredients and a good dose of passion. You can be sure you’ll find the heartiest homemade meals at Ricetta,” Sebastianutti said.
