Brunch goers can now return to Traiteur at Park Hyatt Dubai to dine on French fare in a newly-enhanced setting.

From the classic interiors of Brasserie du Park to the terrace at NOÉPE, guests can sample a variety of gourmet cheeses, charcuterie and terrines alongside dishes including Burgundy snails, pan-seared foie gras, scallops and Fine de Claire oysters.

Patrons can wander through the open kitchen where meats will be prepared on a rotisserie. Lobster, shrimp and salmon will also be served.

To end the experience on a sweet note, guests can visit the crepe and waffle stations, chocolate fountain or French desserts such as Saint Honoré, opera cake, éclairs and crème brûlée.
