Nando’s has arrived in Saudi Arabia, with the launch of a restaurant in Rubeen Plaza, Riyadh.
This casual dining brand, which was founded in 1987 in South Africa, is known for its flame-grilled peri peri chicken that is marinated for 24 hours prior to cooking.
“We are excited to be part of the vibrant Riyadh community that is always eager to go on new adventures, especially when it comes to food. Our launch slogan ‘Fit for the Kingdom’ is in fact a testament of our commitment to the standards and requirements of the country and the people,” commented Foodmark COO Richard Barclay.
Foodmark is the food and beverage division of the Landmark Group and it operates a number of internationally-franchised restaurants in the GCC including Carluccio’s, Mango Tree, Chi’Zen, Max’s and Max Burge.
