German football giants Borussia Dortmund has arrived in Dubai for a training camp as they attempt to close the gap on league leaders Bayern Munich after the winter break.

The 2013 Champions League finalists currently sit second in the table, eight points behind Bayern, thanks in large to the goal-scoring exploits of star striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

The Gabon international is the top scorer in the Bundesliga with 18 goals from just 17 league games.

He’ll hope to continue that run when the season resumes on January 23 against Borussia Monchengladbach.

But first Aubameyang and Co will be training at the NAS Sports Complex until January 16.

Make sure to check the official @BVB Twitter account for details of open training sessions during their stay in Dubai.
