1. Shampoo like a smart ass, not like a dumb ass

Don’t shampoo daily. Besides stripping your scalp off its natural, essential oils – shampooing daily can be a vital cause of dandruff. Wash your mane only 3-4 times a week or ideally, every alternate day. Follow with a natural moisturising conditioner.

2. Don’t just pick products off the rack. Think once and then take the plunge

Only shampoos with natural ingredients will do the trick for you. Plus, they need to be anti-dandruff and bear a crucial element of tea tree oil. Though products with chemicals will eliminate fungus temporarily, they’d harm your scalp and facilitate the condition of dreaded-ruff in the long run.

3. Conditioners are imperative. Repeat after us

As we mentioned earlier, natural ingredients should be a part of your hair core-crew. Hence, aloe vera, Vitamin E are crucial elements your conditioner should be stocking fo’sure.

4. Always eat healthy and add Omega 3 to your diet

The lack of a nutritious diet can be a major cause of dandruff. Especially, if the intake of Omega 3 fatty acids is very low. Throw in a lot of fish and fish-based products in your diet and ones that are comparatively fattening in nature. If not fish, add some Omega 3 supplements/tablets to your daily routine.
