Le Gray Beirut is proud to be the official hotel partner of BEIRUT ART FAIR taking place in the avant-garde city from 21 – 24 September 2017. Since its inception in 2010, Beirut Art Fair has conquered the international scene, seeking to promote the artistic and cultural effervescence of Beirut, Lebanon and the countries of the MENA region.

For its eighth edition, Beirut Art Fair will host art works from approximately 50 galleries from around the world, showcasing diverse creations from established and emerging artists.

It will invite the public to discover Fair highlights via thematic exhibitions, performances, round tables and an outside the walls programme, Beirut Art Week, presenting monumental artworks and installations exhibited in the streets and in the luxury shops of Beirut’s Central District.

Le Gray Beirut has been named the official hotel partner of Beirut Art Fair since its inception seven years ago. The hotel seeks to enhance the Lebanese capital’s cultural and artistic values and this perennial partnership confirms the mutual determination to place Beirut at the heart of the international art,culture and design scene.

This year, for the first time, the inaugural edition of BEeirut Design Fair, of which Le Gray Beirut is also the official hotel partner, will take place at the same time, and in the same location, as Beirut Art Fair.

This event is dedicated to contemporary and vintage design furniture and objects, rather created in limited edition. The event will showcase the creations of leading international designers and galleries from Europe, United States and the Middle East with more than 40 exhibitors expected from a dozen countries.

The organisation is supported by the Beirut Design Fair Selection Committee, composed of independent international experts. The scenography will be entrusted to Adrien Gardere Le Gray Beirut will offer a special rate for guests staying during BEIRUT ART FAIR, including VIP passes to attend the fair, and will run a shuttle service between the hotel and the fair.

What’s more, the main artwork from Beirut Art Fair’s outside the walls programme, Beirut Art Week will be displayed in front of the hotel where the inauguration will take place.
