Do you need an 8K monitor in your life? We don’t know. Do you want an 8K monitor in your life? My guess is the answer falls on the affirmative side of the equation. I mean, who wouldn’t want one of these Dell UltraSharp 32 UltraHD 8K Monitors in their life?
That’s right, Dell just crammed 33.2 million pixels in a single 32-inch panel. For reference, that’s four times the pixel count of a 4K UHD panel, making this the kind of display you’ll invest in when you want to see the smallest details in videos, photographs, maps, and any other graphical content on your screen.
The Dell UltraSharp 32 UltraHD 8K Monitor doesn’t just go big on the resolution, it steps things up in the color profile, too, as this thing can display over a billion different colors ensuring better image reproduction for any type of visual content.
While it’s not the first commercially-available 8K panel, it is the first to come at a desktop-friendly size, making it viable for use in both office cubicles and home workstations.
Despite the impressive hardware, it’s quite the sleek panel, too, with minimal bezel size and a reasonably slim enclosure. It comes with an adjustable stand that allows you to tilt, pivot, and swivel the display, as well as raise and lower the height.
Slated to come out in March, the Dell UltraSharp 32 UltraHD 8K Monitor is priced at $4,999.
